Jeddah Prep and Grammar School seeks an enthusiastic full-time Admin Assistant to provide professional support to the Prep School. The position represents an outstanding opportunity for a suitably dynamic, experienced and well-qualified professional, who has excellent administrative skills and is fully committed to the Jeddah Prep and Grammar School ethos.
The Admin Assistant for Prep School will support the Head of Prep with the overall responsibility for the day to day running of the school and the strategic management of the pupils, curriculum, personnel and resources. The Admin Assistant will promote the mission and vision of the school and seek to ensure that they are implemented and maintained.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and will possess excellent written and verbal communication, organisational skills. Previous experience of working in a school or other regulated environment would be advantageous but not necessary.
